In October 2018 Langham Research Centre gave their debut performance in Japan, at the IAF Shop, as part of the Fukuoka Extreme Music Festival. They played their own works, Perpetual Motion, Accarezzo and Nachholbedürfnis along with Variations I by John Cage who performed this piece in Japan in 1962.
